Eagles announce jersey numbers for newly-acquired veterans

A pair of familiar veterans take new jersey numbers while some of the new Eagles get theirs too.

May 1st of 2024 was exciting in the City of Brotherly Love. Sports fans were still discussing wins by the 76ers and Phillies. Wednesday brought another Phils win. The Philadelphia Eagles had an action-packed day as well.

The Birds released a new draft hype vid on social media. They also announced new jersey numbers for select veterans. The drafted rookies haven’t signed yet at the time of this story’s release, so we’ll see them in their unis later.

Who are we kidding though? We’ll take any opportunity to talk about the Birds.

Here’s a look at the new Eagles jersey numbers.

It isn’t an unexpected signing or the announcement of an unexpected trade, but announcements like these are always fun to talk about. Philly announced the new jersey numbers of new additions and some select veterans. Here’s a look. Make sure to place a few orders.

  • Eli Ricks – 23

We’d advise resisting the urge to splurge immediately, and you may not be able to find some of these guys as they won’t on the digs of some guys who may not be on the roster come September. Something tells us that Saquon Barkley and Bryce Huff will stick though.

Give us all four jerseys: midnight green, kelly green, black, and white.
